Returns & refunds

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email karlerick@lavoileofficial.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions, including the correct return address for your order. Wait for those instructions before sending your package. Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.

Items that cannot be returned

Personalized items, special orders, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a piece is eligible. These exclusions do not remove any rights you have under applicable law for faulty or incorrect goods.

Exchanges

Request an eligible return for the original item. After the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement piece.

European Union orders

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable law may give you a 14-day right to cancel or return an eligible order without giving a reason. Returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, subject to your statutory rights and applicable exceptions.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us for help.
